WARRANTY PARTS FORM
Dear Customer;
The following parts are being sent to you for warranty purposes and are no charge.
Please retain the old parts for a period of no less than 90 days.
Blue Bird warranty requires certain parts to be returned and others to be discarded in the field.
Once Blue Bird notifies us that these parts are to be returned, we will notify you to return the parts to us. If you discard the parts and we request their return, we will not be able to fulfill any requests for labor reimbursement the parts will be charged to you.
If these parts are to be returned to us, simply box up the returned parts with this form filled in and attach the UPS return services label we supplied and call UPS at 1-800-742-5877 for a pick-up.
