

Warranty Procedure
Your vehicle is suffering from an operational issue, which you determine is a result of a Blue Bird related system, which falls within the warranty period. Contact us first with the problem.
Contact us before moving the vehicle if you need assistance with;
-Identifying the nature of the issue
-Determining if the repair qualifies for warranty coverage
-Which service center or local garage nearest you to use for the repair
Required Procedures
1) Once the vehicle is at the repair facility, a representative needs to contact our offices before making any repairs for direction on the repairs, parts needed, and to make billing arrangements.
2) Following the repair, the repair facility may fax the repair invoice to Lisa at 403-204-9877 for review, following review of the invoice payment arrangements will be made. Please note any estimates or invoices need to show the Blue Bird body number and current odometer reading.
3) The repair facility or owner is to keep the defective parts on hand for 90 days or return the parts to our Calgary office upon request.
